Consumer Finance Company Application

Use this page to start a new application for a license under the North Carolina Consumer Finance Act, Article 15 of Chapter 53 of the NC General Statutes. The "applicant" information entered below will be used to create a new user account which is used to log into the NCCOB Online website. The application can be started now and finished at a later time. All required information must be entered and all required documents must be uploaded prior to being able to pay the fees and submit the application for review.
